Having swept away bags and bags of dirt, garbage and debris, the Big League team would like to replace some of tagged graffiti with murals and install a bright light to make the alley both less scary for patrons and less inviting for those looking to carry out illegal activity. "The back part of Richmond Row could be seen for what it could be," Clements said. "This is where people cross to go see the major attractions in the city the JLC, the market, stuff like that. "We just want people to feel comfortable coming into this area at night and enjoying our comedy club and enjoying the downtown core.
