The former chief operating officer of Saatchi Saatchi worldwide says that like New Zealand, Aussies lack locally made premium dairy products in their supermarkets. Sydney based cultured butter maker Pepe Saya, who taught Lewis Road how to make its artisan butter, is not a mainstream product, which leaves room for other players.
